What You Need To Know
You should probably know that the aforementioned requirements are to keep the quality of the content that we send to the newsletter as high as possible.
If you commonly write for "article directories" or for "backlinks", then there is a good chance that you are NOT writing at this level. If you use article spinning tools, then you are probably NOT writing at this level.
