Finding Your Identity
Some people sometimes feel that they are missing part of themselves though they can’t explain it. This is why adopted children often feel compelled to search for their biological parents, hoping to find that missing link. You may have the best adoptive parents in the world who treat you like you are truly their own flesh and blood, but sometimes you just need some sort of closure with your real parents and maybe perhaps get to know other family members that you don’t know about like younger siblings. Maybe they have a good story to tell you about why they had to let you go. Or if it’s not the story you want to hear, then you can close that chapter of your life and move forward.
